Fake Face Book Page ~ The boy in the striped pyjamas

The boy in the striped pyjamas ~ Face book Page

For the past few weeks our class (Totara 2) have been working on FAKE FACEBOOK Pages. It takes way longer than it looks, because if you want to set it up the correct way you have to have a facebook page to refer to! I think it turned out awesome! If you click the link just up there in the first sentence it wil take you to my facebook page, if you click the names in the bottom left it will take you to there facebook which we also had to make 1 for each friend.

I think it turned out REALLY cool!

This facebook page above is so entertaining. I love how you have put in lots of doll pictures as she is doll obsessed. We just listened to this audio book on the way back from Invercargill in the holidays. I really enjoyed the personal voice, use of OMG, #love it etc in your status updates. You sounded exactly how she would talk if she had of lived today. I would love to know why you chose the 'friends'. I can guess why Alice but not sure on Charlie Bucket? The link does not allow me access though.

    Thanks for sharing

    1. Hello Miss Lagan!

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog! I really appreciate it!

I chose Alice and Charlie for her friends because I could imagine them hanging out always together, always getting there work done, they love to have a good time together and like going to partys! (Partys that don't go to late!)

What is your favourite part of the book? Mine would have to be when Bruno meets Shmuel! Its amazing how they speak to each other, they definitly show respect to each other!

Thanks again for commenting on my blog, Its great to see!

I really like the Facebook page with the dolls they are cute.
My question is what dose the dolls have to do with the Boy in the striped pyjamas?

I was exited to see the rest of the face book page but I din't have access:( But it would have been cool. I also like how you have put why you are doing this activity. Was the book good?

    Until next time bye: Angelina

    1. Hello Angelina!

Thanks for commenting on my blog, I really appreciate it!

Dolls are what Gretel is obsessed with! That's why there are some many pictures of dolls! In THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PYJAMAS book she is always doing something with her dolls.

      WAS THE BOOK GOOD?
Yes the book is amazing! It really makes you think how hard it must have been in World War 2 for all the Jewish People and some German. Did you know Adolf Hitler killed 11 Million people at Auschwitz the concentration camp?
