70,000 years is a long, long time ago. Can you imagine how different the world would have looked? The world must have felt so enormous and never-ending to humans back then. I wonder if Australia looked different when the Aboriginals arrived. I would be interested to know if the bulk of Australia was always covered in desert. Maybe it used to be full of trees and grassy landscapes?
You have some interesting facts about the Ainu people as well. I think Japan is such a beautiful country with a very interesting culture. I would love to travel there someday.
