2017 Cross Country

2017 Cross Country!

This year for Cross Country it was the same as last year exsept the Yr 5's didn't know what they had to do! You may have already seen my Cross Country story in my literacy reflection but here is a little more information and images!

I new what the Yr 5-6 had to do off by heart...

You start at the start line and Mrs Bailey claps 2 blocks together then off we go down the straight!

Our first obstacle was the hurdles where Mrs Evans and Brenda are, Round the corner to where Mrs Hooker was holding the gate open so we could get out the gate and out onto the footpath (Half way around the block), we then took a left to where Mrs Bright was standing on the courner, then up the hill round the courner to Miss Reissmann who lead us down into the carpark, then around the courner and down a straight to where Mrs Prendagast was with the tyres we had to run through, then up the sraight and round the courner to Miss Hines and Miss Power where we got a mark on our hand to show we had completed half of our run as we ran past them we were off on our last lap!

We ran past the grandstand as names were being yelled down past the amazing parents and over the hurdle and round the courner, past Mrs Prendergast, round the the courner and through the gold post and across the finish line!

Here are some photos...
