SLJ Day 3 Awesome Animals

BLACK AND RED SPOTTED CHEETAH

My fantastic beast is a GINORMOUS black and red spotted cheetah! It can transform from big to small and also decide when and where it wants to fly. This cheetah can still run really fast, but now with his wings he can run 2 x as fast. My beast is really friendly but if something attacks him he reacts. My beast is really fluffy and loves to eat bananas and oranges but on a special occasion if he can find a mango he will it all UP! My beast will never grow up he will always stay a cute, cuddly cheetah. I would name the first ever black and red spotted cheetah PRECIOUS because I think it is a good name for a animal and if it’s the first he will be very precious and special..

  1. Hi Katelynn,

What a fantastic beast you have created! I think Newt Scamander (the main character from the Fantastic Beasts move) would be very impressed, just as I am! You have done a wonderful job of using adjectives to describe and explain your beast, I can picture it clearly in my mind so thank you for that. I love that your cheetah can fly, it just makes your beast that much more magical! I would love to meet your cheetah and I know it's a friendly creature so hopefully I will be able to stroke and feel its very fluffy fur. Yum, mangoes are delicious, aren't they? They're one of my favourite fruits, I can tell why your cheetah would eat it all up! I wonder what your fantastic beast likes to do? Are cheetahs your favourite animal? Have you ever seen one in a zoo before? I went to South Africa and although I never saw any cheetahs, I was lucky enough to see some lions and tigers. They are such powerful and strong animals!

    Best,
    Evelyn :)
