There are a few different recipes for making the patties. The ingredients are pretty standard for your recipe. Do you like whitebait? Or do you go whitebaiting? I am not too bothered by whitebait, I like it but it also doesn't bother me if I don't have it. But saying that we always have some in the freezer in case we get visitors. And it is always nice to feed it to the visitors.
