    These are some fantastic ways to stay healthy! I bet you and your whānau take great care of your hauora :)

    Exercising everyday is really beneficial for your long term health. We aren’t designed to stay still, we are designed to move! If you can get out of the house and go for a walk, bike, or run everyday then you are doing your body a big favour.

    Vegetables are a great addition to every dinner! I think some people underestimate their power. Although I eat meat now, I used to be a vegetarian. I only ate vegetables all day, everyday, and for 3 years it was the healthiest I ever felt!

    Oh, I love strawberries too! Do you think you will grow other fruits and vegetables in your garden too?

    I like that you keep your house clean and tidy. I like to think that a tidy house equates to a tidy mind. I know some people can handle a messy room, but I find it hard to concentrate when I am surrounded by a whole lot of mess. It makes me so stressed! What about you?
